At SRFACE, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next session. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and dry.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
